Throughout October, each "Youth Can" location hosted a workshop with lecturer Ugne Bagusinskaite and the "Lego serious play" method.

During the activity, team members used symbolic Lego bricks to get to know themselves and their teammates better, to strengthen relationships and trust in each other. During the session participants discussed what personal competences they would like to strengthen during the programme according to 8 tools of a champion.

Participants also constructed 3D team maps to represent each city's team, each team member's strengths and personal aspirations for this season.

After the sessions, the lecturer Ugnė said that she managed to build a good connections with the team members and coaches: "The most enjoyable thing was to see the participants open up and learn to reflect creatively about themselves and their teammates, regardless of age differences or personal differences.

After the session, Skaiva from Raguvele was happy to see that the weaknesses and strengths of each team member were discussed and how they could be strengthened or used to achieve common goals: "We promised to help each other and not to be afraid to ask for help to achieve our goals".

Meanwhile, Kajus from Seiriai said that the most fun was to unleash his creativity and get to know his teammates again by connecting the symbolic connections between the blocks.

Coach Enrika from Joniskelis was amazed at her team members' ability to speak in public and said it was great to hear them reflect on themselves and their teammates.
